Why Yoga Therapy
In yoga therapy sessions, I focus on you and your unique needs. I want to learn about you, the whole person: what makes you tick, what motivates you, what lights you up. Whatever issue(s) brings you to yoga therapy, you are not a problem that needs to be fixed. I believe that when you take the step to come see me, you're taking your next step towards feeling better and living a fuller and happier life.
Each session starts with an assessment, looking at things such as your:

With the founding of Be Inspired Yoga™, I brought to life my vision for helping people feel better and to live their lives with more fun and ease. I was drawn to Yoga Therapy to address my own issues with chronic pain so that I could get back to my favorite activities. I became motivated to become trained and to teach and share yoga therapy and mindfulness meditation after experiencing life-changing effects, which went far beyond just getting out of pain.
